Payments
Once you have completed your reservation process via email, TBS can offer you the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
For this option please send an email to reservastbs@usfq.edu.ec and we will send you all the information you need about our bank account including Swift code.
Credit Card
For this option please click here to access USFQ credit card payment process and follow the instructions in this document for additional help.
Prices and Fees
Please consider that other charges may apply depending on additional resources and services needed (e.g.: additional field activities, use of office/lab space, research permit management, internet access, laundry service etc.)
We request full payment 45 days prior to arrival of each group to TBS, and penalties will apply as follows:
44-30 days before: 30% cancellation fee
29-15 days before: 50% cancellation fee
14-01 day before: 100% cancellation fee
