COVID-19

We have developed a Covid-19 prevention plan to achieve operational readiness, so we can ensure a safe experience for our visitors. This plan complies with Ecuadorian Government regulations as well as Yasuní National Park protocols. Our plan includes:

• Staff guidelines and training for safety and health, including health checks and a stay-home policy for anyone displaying any symptoms or an increased temperature as per World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines.

• Updated information about protocols and guidelines from local and international transportation services.

• Physical distancing protocols and guidelines including limiting the number of staff and visitors in the station.

• Enhanced protocols for food safety, supply chain control, food handling and preparation, hygiene, cleanliness and disinfection.
