Prices & Fees
General prices and transportation fee:
Our prices are per person per night and include lodging, three meals per day, lunch boxes, coffee station, water, towels, guided activities and more!.
Accommodations are arranged in double, triple and quadruple rooms. If you want a single room, additional charges may apply.
*Coca-TBS-Coca transfer fee is the same for all of our visitors. Over 10, and to a maximum of 25 visitors, the fee is $1,200USD flat. 50USD price applies also to USFQ professors and researchers.

Research permit and fees:
* One-time payment, except for three year contracts. Includes Ministry of Environment application fee and full assistance, including samples exportation.

Filming permit and fees:
*Can be payed directly or through our donations program, you can choose the TBS project you wish to donate to.
**Includes $500 deposit requirement from the Ministry of Environment, returned upon project completion. We offer this service in case you do not have an in-country fixer. Plus $150 TBS administrative fee for permit management.
